Vendor/Sponsor Opportunities

Triangle Medical Managers invites vendors to become a sponsor and support our goal of providing information and continuing education to the Triangle's Medical Practice Administrators.  We offer three types of sponsorships:

Meeting Sponsor:      $600 (one per meeting or nine per year)
Silver Level Sponsor: $750 (limited to 10 sponsors per year)
Gold Level Sponsor:  $1,500 (limited to one sponsor per year)

Vendors are also welcome to attend meetings as a guest by paying a $25 guest fee at the door.  Vendors attending as a guest will not have the opportunity to present information about their product/services and may not distribute brochures or other printed materials.  Individual exchange of business cards is certainly allowed.  For vendors who would like to attend all meetings, we offer an annual subscription, allowing you to pay the guest fees via one check and receive an email reminder of each meeting.  For vendors with an annual subscription, any single representative of your company may attend the meeting; additional representatives will be requird to pay a guest fee at the door.  Click Here for a Vendor Subscription Form.
